At TLC we provide a safe family oriented environment for our residents.  We are a family caring for residents in the community who need a homelike environment and quality professional care.  TLC is a level 3 care home licensed by the state of Oregon and specializes in Alzheimers/Dementia, Stroke, Parkinson’s and many other level 3 needs.  At TLC your family member can receive in home care and services while still enjoying their everyday life.  With quality cooked meals, in home RN and all CNA staff along with daily activities, your family member will be receiving the best care possible.
